The build
A free draft, then two rounds of changes.
You see the homepage before you pay anything. Then you get two proper goes at changing the whole site before it's live. Nobody's needed a third.
How it goes.
Round one
Once you've said yes to the homepage draft we build the other four pages and send you a link. Look at it on your phone. Send everything you want changed in one go: a text, an email, a voice note. Screenshots with circles drawn on them are perfect.
Round two
We make the changes within a working day and send it back. You do a second look for the small stuff, a word here, a different photo there. Then you say go and it's live.
After that
Small changes are part of the $49 a month, so round two isn't your last chance to fix a typo. It's just where we stop calling it a build.
A round is one collected batch of feedback, however long. Ten changes in one message is one round. Ten texts across three days is closer to ten rounds, so we'll ask you to bunch them up. And a round is changes to the site, not a change of what the business is. If we built a plumbing site and it's now a plumbing supplies shop, that's a new brief and we'll quote it.
Questions.
- What if I don't like the draft?
- Say so. If it's fixable we fix it in round one. If we're just not the right fit you walk away owing nothing and we delete it.
- Do the rounds eat into the seven days?
- The clock pauses while we're waiting on you, so taking a few days over your feedback doesn't cost you the guarantee.
- Can my partner look at it too?
- Send the link to whoever you like. Just send the feedback back as one list rather than three.
