Once a month, we check it still works.
Websites break quietly. A form stops sending. A link dies. Google changes something. Once a month we go through every site we host with the same checklist and fix what we find. You only hear from us if something needed fixing.
The checklist.
Does it work?
We send a test enquiry through the form and make sure it arrives. We tap the call button. We click every link, including the ones to your Google Profile and Facebook. We load it on a phone and time it.
Is it right?
Phone number, hours and address on the site match your Google Profile. The padlock's valid. The domain isn't about to expire. New Google reviews are pulled through if you show them.
Is Google happy?
We look at Search Console for errors, check your pages are still indexed, and see whether the searches bringing people in have dropped. If something's slipped, we tell you what and what we'd do about it.
Questions.
- Do I get a monthly report?
- Not unless you want one. A page of green ticks is noise. You get a text when something needed doing, and a note once a year on what the site did for you.
- Can I see visitor numbers?
- Yes. We use simple privacy-friendly stats, no cookie banner needed. Ask and we'll send you the link.
- What if you find something big?
- We tell you what it is, what it'd cost, and whether it actually matters. Your call. Most of what we find is a five-minute fix and just gets done.
