Quoted first
A new page is $99. Redesigning a section, a shop, a booking system, anything that's going to take an afternoon: we give you a price in writing before we start. Every time.
How to send it
Text 021 249 7729 with what you want changed. A screenshot with a circle on it is ideal. We text back a link when it's done.
There's no ticket system on purpose. You run a small business, not an IT department, and you shouldn't need a login to change your opening hours. Tickets are also how agencies turn a two-minute change into a $140 invoice. We'd rather just do it and keep your site telling the truth about your prices.
Questions.
- Is there a limit?
- Fair use. A couple of changes a month is normal. If you're texting every day we'll have a yarn about whether the site needs a different setup, but we won't start sneaking in charges.
- Can I edit it myself?
- There's no editor, which is part of why it's fast and doesn't get hacked. If you really want to be hands-on we'll give you the files. Most people find texting is quicker.
- Weekends?
- Working days are Monday to Friday. But if the wrong phone number is on the site on a Saturday morning, say it's urgent and it gets fixed on Saturday morning.
