What happens.
You tell us
A text or an email. We confirm the date. The plan runs to the end of the notice month and stops. We don't refund part months and we don't charge for the handover.
You get the site
A copy of the full site files, the same ones that are live. Got a new web person? We send it to them and answer their questions. Going it alone? We point you at what to do.
You keep the domain
It was always yours. We help point it at the new host, then take ourselves off as the technical contact. Renewing it from then on is over to you.
What doesn't happen.
- The site doesn't get switched off the day you tell us. It stays up till the notice month ends.
- The site never gets deleted over a missed payment. If a card fails and it's still unpaid after 21 days we put a holding page up until it's sorted. The site's kept and handed over if you ask.
- No retention call. If you've decided, you've decided.

- Can I pause instead?
- If you shut down for a season, tell us. We'll keep the site up and work something out. It's a conversation, not a policy.
- Can you cancel me?
- Only with a month's notice, and then we hand over the files free and help you move. Never had to.
- If I come back later?
- Come back. If the site hasn't changed we switch it back on. If it has, we tell you what's needed before charging anything.
